Applications for the International Transport Forum’s European Safety Certificates must be submitted by August 1, 2020. These are for cross-border transport in the International Transport Forum member states. These states are the members of the European Union plus Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and some eastern and southeast European states. Safety certificates are basically for the EURO III safety vehicles and are issued in Austria, Italy, Greece and the number is limited. Austria has exclusively EURO IV safety vehicles.
