MAA TO BARCELONA
[LOG: Maastricht, February 25] The new route to Barcelona-Reus is the second service to Barcelona for the airport and will commence on the May 21, 2010. Ryanair will offer the destination 3x weekly, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. As from February 26, the new service will be available through www.ryanair.com. In addition to announcing a new destination Ryanair has confirmed the number of flights to two of its existing destinations will be increased. The Spanish coastal city of Alicante will be offered 5x weekly, in addition to Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays the Thursday will now also be offered. The number of flights to Faro, in the Portuguese Algarve region, will be doubled from two to four. In addition to the Barcelona-Reus, Alicante and Faro services Ryanair also offers Barcelona-Girona, Malaga, Pisa and Trapani at Maastricht Aachen airport.
Ryanair has announced that it will continue to increase its activity at Maastricht Aachen Airport. A new destination has been announced to Barcelona-Reus and the frequencies for the destinations Faro and Alicante have been increased.
