NEW SORTING CENTER

GLS ABX Belgium Distribution, a postage service, has a new 3 000 m ² depot and sorting center at Lahérie-Neufchâteau, using RFID technology and video checking, which is unique in Belgium. Clients will be able to determine the precise status of their delivery directly online. GLS-ABX is working with Transport Pierret on this. The new center can handle 4,500 packages a day and process 300 pallets. ABX delivers 311 million packages in Europe annually.
