OPEN U UNESCO CHAIR

The Netherlands Open University is to have a UNESCO Chair for Knowledge Transfer for Sustainable Development Supported by IT. The Chair will be occupied by Professor Rietje van Dam-Mieras. Professor Dam-Mieras has been Professor of Natural Sciences at the Open University since 1992 and a member of the Board of Leiden University. The duration of the professorship is four years and it will be part of the Natural Science Faculty.
