BELGIAN PAVILION: EUR 7M

The Belgian pavilion from the Shanghai World Fair has been sold to the city of Jiangyin for EUR 7m. The building is 5,600m2 and is going to be dismantled and rebuilt in a funfair park in the city. Belgium put EUR 12m into the construction of the pavilion. The deal has to be approved by the Chinese central government.
