ELECTRIC CARS ON THE A40

The development project E-Mobility in Commuter Travel in the Rhine-Ruhr region has now got an innovative group of research institutions and businesses together, and they’re going to look into electric-powered commuter transport between the Rhine and Ruhr in practical sense. The project partners are RWE Effizienz GmbH, Renault Deutschland AG, the Research Center for Cars in Aachen (FKA) and the Institute for Electric Technology at Aachen University. Coordination will be centralized via the NRW Energy Agency.
