SABCA Limburg is a subsidiary of the oldest Belgian aerospace company. It has revenues of EUR 10.5m annually and employs 70 in its 8,000m2 purpose-built facility for the manufacture of high-performance aerospace components from composite materials. A separate building of 1,000m2 houses the pre-installations systems for the Ariane 5 Booster components and a 2,000m2 for the A400M Gulfstream.

A new EUR 10m 17x6m autoclave is being installed to sterilize equipment, tail fins and supplies by subjecting them to high-pressure steam at 200 degrees centigrade typically for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the size of the load and the contents.

The cost-effective conversion of high-performance composite materials into high-value, finished, ready-to-install, integrated components with an uncompromised quality and on-time delivery is a great asset for this Limburg company.
