TANK UP AT MCDONALDS

The McDonalds restaurant chain has opened a McCharge at its restaurant in Maasmechelen. This is a public charging station for electric cars. It’s the first in Belgium. Belgium wants to build up a network of electric charging stations. The drive lane of the restaurant will have a McCharge, a charging point where consumers can charge their electric cars, motorbikes or mopeds. McDonalds can expect to receive green power for Nuon. It takes six to eight hours to fully charge an electric car, however one doesn’t always have to completely charge them.
