PEAKS IN THE DELTA: TEN PROJECTS
[BIZ/GOV: Maastricht, November 5] The ‘Peaks in the Delta’ project is concerned with three areas. High-tech systems and material, food and nutrition, life sciences, and medical technology. Tenders can be made through to December 13 for these projects. Promoting solar energy, improving patient care and improving the quality of food; these are three examples of socially oriented topics on which companies and knowledge institutions from North Brabant and Limburg will be working in the near future. More than EUR 11m has been granted by the ‘Peaks in the Delta’ project for Southeast Netherlands to ten projects worth a total of EUR 26m. The partners in the subsidy program, called ‘Peaks in the Delta’, are the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the provinces of North Brabant and Limburg, and the cooperative association of the Eindhoven region.
