PRODUCT SERVICE INTEGRATION

Integrated Product Service Offers (industrial services) have been shown to be a factor in the success of manufacturing companies. The objective of the information provided is to pass this information on to companies. In three areas of experience, these questions are asked: what does the customer really experience as added value; what are the core competences and real competition advantages that are achieved; and, what is the optimal service strategy for our business and who develops the required problem-solving orientation to the staff?

These important themes are dealt with by the Aachen Chamber of Commerce with the Aachen Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT. This is an informative occasion with examples from practice and there’s an opportunity to look through the production equipment of the Integrated Product Service at Fraunhofer.
