AMV EXCELLENT AGAIN!

[BIZ: Aachen, September 24]
The renowned consultant and analyst Franke & Bornberg has again assigned its best FFF mark to Aachen Münchener for the company's professionalism in handling the occupational disability risk (as at 08/2009). The assessment takes into account the competency of the company in the fields of customer orientation in the phase when the offer is made and the proposal form submitted, customer orientation in claims settlement and the stability of the company's occupational disability business. Already in August 2009, within the scope of its product rating, Franke & Bornberg had confirmed its "excellent" assessment (FFF Plus) for the stand-alone and supplementary occupational disability covers of Aachen Münchener. The product-testing institution Stiftung Warentest grants a "very good" (0.9) mark for the supplementary private occupational disability cover.

"As one of the leading occupational disability insurers in Germany we attach particular importance to outstanding product quality and excellent service for our customers. We are glad that this distinction again affirms our professionalism and customer-orientation", says Johannes Booms, executive in charge of products within Aachen Münchener's Board of Management.

According to Franke & Bornberg, Aachen Münchener has a very good quality in handling proposal forms, in particular because of a swift checking of proposal forms and an above-average acceptance rate of submitted proposals. "The company's pronounced customer orientation is reflected in the very short handling time and the very brief time required for claims settlement compared to competitors. At the same time, there is little fluctuation in the business", the analyst states. Franke & Bornberg also underlines the very good support to customers in asserting their claims: "Apart from support and consulting, customers are also provided with information services." In addition, the analyst affirms that AachenMünchener is "excellently" positioned for a stable management of its tariffs and portfolios of occupational disability insurance.
