Net purchases of Dutch real estate by foreign property investors increased in April and May again, according to the Dutch Bank. The figures show that in the first five months of 2009 there was a stagnation in revenue, but that not only the Dutch, but also foreign parties were responsible for this. In recent months, however, revenues have improved.
