LAMBERT SYRUP TO MAASTRICHT

Lambert syrup is no longer to be made in Blegny, but is moving to Maastricht. The Lambert company appealed to the Dutch syrup manufacturer to make its modern equipment available because the equipment in Blegny had to be upgraded. Clients have been told not to worry because the taste will remain the same and the fruit will still come from the Pays de Liège. The company responsible in Maastricht will be Frumarco, which is part of Kollenberg Culinair.
