LIEGE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS

[BIZ/INFRA: Liège, March 19]
At the initiative of André Schroyen, responsible for property development, the Liège council has decided to sell ten lots on the Boulevard Hector Denis. The land agency of the City of Liège is in fact the proprietor of a large area to be built on, which covers some 25,000m2 in the green Thier-à-Liège region. This area, which is divided into two parts, one with 19 lots and the second with 16, is at the angle of the Boulevard Hector Denis and the Rue de la Sèche and the Rue des Bergers.

In total this will mean not fewer than 35 houses — 17 with four facades, 14 with 3, and four with two — which will develop in the next few years.
