BELGIAN FOR ESSENT

The Belgian, Erwin van Laethem, will be the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) of the Essent energy company when this largest of Dutch energy companies is taken over by Germany’s RWE. This was announced by Essent in a press release. Van Laethem is currently director of services and sales at Essent. RWE boss, Peter Terium, will be the new CEO. The position of the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) will go to another RWE man, Huib Morelisse. Rinse de Jong of Essent remains the financial director.
