LRM INVESTS IN PRATO

The Limburg (B) development company, LRM, has taken a 30% stake in the Genk IT specialist Prato. The company develops IT systems and software products for flexible applications and is also going to look into other areas. The company was set up in 1999 and specializes in products that support business human resources. Currently it employs 13 and has annual revenues of EUR 1.3m. The LRM stake holding will help the business to grow in 2011 to revenues of EUR 2m and to employ 20, according to Patrick Leurs, Prato’s MD.
