NEW LIÈGE BIZ SITES
[BIZ: Liège, December 15] The second site, Vivegnies, is in the north of Liège, at the side of the old Haecht brewery. It has seven offices of 20 m², three of 30 m², two workshops of 80 m²and two of 100 m², respectively. There are also shared services available in respect of sanitary and kitchen facilities, copying, security, parking and meeting etc. Monthly leases run from EUR 466 to EUR 711 for the offices and EUR 1,034 to EUR 1,400 for the workshops.
There are two new business sites in Liège. One is the Pieper Island between Coronmeuse and rue Saint-Léonard. This is 1.2 hectares and it has space for between 10 and 15 businesses. The first two of which, Naos, les Artisans vitriers and Van Marcke, have already arrived. The area has been cleaned up and provided with an infrastructure at a cost of more than EUR 1m. Prices are EUR 62 per m², which is virtually the lowest price in Liège.
