LIEGE BUILDS HOMES

Liège City Council has concluded its house-building program for the next two years. The program involves 20 projects and envisions the construction of 200 houses. This represents an investment of EUR 22m. The City has received EUR 13 from the Walloon region and the response of the ministry to the plan is expected in December. In Liège public housing represents only 10% of the market, but social pressure is increasing demand.
