- The Hotel Royal Sélys at Mont St Martin, Liege.

- There is the grande poste in Liège, which is being turned into a top-level catering and commercial center (www.grand-poste.be).

- The Collège Royal Marie-Thérèse which is going to become an apartment building (www.immo2p.be).

- The Ferme Hauts Sarts at Herstal a service conference center with 80 apartments and a crèche (www.invest-c.com)

- The Longdoz Business Center, 3,800m² of offices, which is now complete.

There is the Clos de la Taillanderie at Magnée, which comprises ten family homes using sustainable construction. All the houses have been sold.
