BERNISTER BUSINESS PARK

There is a new business park near Malmédy called Bernister. The 50-hectare park is one of SPI+’s leading projects. It offers room for 40 to 60 businesses close to Verviers where the business parks are more or less full, and in the vicinity of the Francorchamps circuit. The question of access roads is ongoing.
