KRUISHEREN: NEW CHEF

After five years of passionate and pleasurable work at the Michelin-starred restaurant Aubergine in Steijl, chef Eric Arts has decided to take up a new challenge and is going to work with the Kruisheren Hotel team to move their restaurant to the next level, where guests in this particularly trendy setting can lunch and dine. Eric Arts worked, in addition to the Aubergine in Steijl, at the Hostellerie Groeninghe in Aartselaar (Belgium) and in the Restaurant Kasteel Ooijen in Broekhuizenvorst, of which he was also the owner. He starts on August 11.
