The most ambitious city construction project in recent years in the Westbahnhof-Melaten area of Aachen is going to be divided into three years and through 2014 10,000 new jobs will be created on the new RWTH campus. There will be a total of 15 clusters which will be shared initiatives between business and institutions belonging to the university which will determine what the topics of research will be. In the coming week, the public will have a view of this in the plans presented at the district office in Laurensberg, Rathausstraße 12, where the plans of the first stage of the construction in Melaten will be visible from March 31 through April 11.
