TRILOGIPORT PRICE AGREED

The Trilogiport development in Liège is on the move. The Walloon region and Electrabel are agreed on the price for the re-purchase of the site: the 65 acres will cost the region EUR 16m, that’s EUR 25 per square meter. This is an important level of expenditure upstream from the Walloon government. The paperwork required will be dealt with rapidly and construction will start in the autumn. The best case scenario is that the multimodal platform will be able to take its first containers in 2012.
