In the Inter-Ned newsletter, which deals with relations between North-Rhine Westphalia and The Netherlands, a number of important issues arise. There is a reminder of the need to have environmental stickers on cars in the environmental zones [to which we referred in our last newsletter. ED]. It is also noted that social security insurance for artists and publicists is a requirement. Further, mention is made of a symposium on business in Germany to be held on March 11 in Noordwijk, and there is a reminder that there is requirement to keep certain documents in one’s archives and not simply to throw them away, in particular documents that are used for making up accounts and tax returns.
