CATERING FAIR PRIZE

During the 54th edition of the BBB catering fair in Maastricht, a new restaurant ‘Vanille’ in Eijsden came first in the international team cooking competition held on January 23. Restaurant Vanille was up against well-known restaurants like Au Ciel from Amsterdam en the Kurhaus from Scheveningen. The Eijsden prize was presented by Labouille, the celebrated butchers from Valkenberg.
