ALKEN MAES TO HEINEKEN

The British brewer Scottish & Newcastle has agreed to a takeover by Heineken and Danish company Carlsberg. This means that Alken Maes will fall to the Dutch brewer Heineken, which is paying GBP 7.6bn with Carlsberg.
