DocMorris has achieved partial success in its court battles. The most recent judgment is that the company’s reliability in respect of prescription medication has to be checked once more. This means in essence that they have to have pharmacist present at the base pharmacy in the Netherlands and the court has to check on this. As reported else where, the company is going from strength to strength and it wants to enter into partnership with about 500 other pharmacies. It already has a relationship with 100. DocMorris, in view of its location in The Netherlands, does not have to adhere to the German price regulations.
