DUTCH BUY UP GERMANY

There is increasing interest by Dutch buyers for land in the German district of Heinsberg, near the border where both the price and the environment are much sought after. The local bank is delighted with this interest in buying in Germany. The Dutch have bought 122 plots in the Rimburger Acker area, and now they are interested in the Am Schlosswald area and also in the new area Am Kirchenweg in Scherpenseel, of which 48 plots were sold within 15 months. And of 39 individual plots ready for construction, 19 went to Dutch and 20 went to German families.
