“Houyoux, Thomas et Piron” and “Socogetra” are building an Ardennes logistics business park in Neufchateau, with a 21,750 m² warehouse dividable into 500m² units and with 24 loading bays, offices, car-parks, etc. The opening is scheduled for April 2008. At the same time, Idélux has launched the active marketing phase this first estate.
