AUG. HEINRIGS Druck & Verpackung, a 175 year-old specialty cardboard packaging company, is investing millions of Euros - into double figures - on new Heidelberg printing machinery as a future-oriented investment. It also celebrates its third packaging award in 2007. The year ended with the European ‘Pentawards’ for unusual packaging in Monte Carlo which followed the Silver Innovation prize from the German printing industry. These came after the ‘Carton of the Year’ award that we reported on earlier.
