ARCELORMITTAL IN SLOVAKIA

Steel giants ArcelMittal have taken over the assets of OFZ, an East European producer of iron alloys. Financial details are not yet available. OFZ produces a wide range of iron alloys. The plant is in the north of Slovakia and has an annual capacity of 150,000 tons.
