IMMOQUEST IN REAL ESTATE

Now ImmoQuest’s website is online and its first Quest Letter has been published. ImmoQuest is a company involved in real estate investments that was set up six months ago by Christophe Nihon. The link is below. ImmoQuest is primarily concerned with real estate investors and the opportunities in the Walloon region. The new site is good; it presents details of companies, it provides the relevant segments, it details the actual advantages and it is up-to-date. It looks about to be the focus of business real estate research in the Walloon region, with Liège of course. They’ve also got a research officer in the form of Maud Péduzy, and the site is trilingual. The first specific study dealt with by the site is a focus on TGV cargo, called EuroCarex, which we shall deal with under a separate heading.
