BART HOFKER TO VODAFONE

Vodafone Netherlands has announced the appointment of Bart Hofker as Director of the Consumer Business Unit. He succeeds Graham Miller, who had reached the end of his contract.

Mr Hofker will join the general management team on March 1. He studied economics at Rotterdam’s Erasmus University and started his career with KPN, where he had a number of senior marketing roles. In 2001, he worked in both The Netherlands and the Czech Republic for KPN and moved to Nuon where he was responsible for the retail sector. In his current role as commercial director of Nuon Retail, he is responsible for commercial activities in the retail segment with annual revenues of EUR 2.7bn. The portfolio includes strategic planning and tariffs/rates for energy and related services.
