VCST FOR SALE

Auto parts producer VCST from St.Trond is for sale for the fourth time in seven years. The group was sold by US investor Fox Paine to the Alpha Fund and the management for EUR 250m at the end of 2005. The company had also been owned by Navas investments and Begemann.
