WALLOON SOLAR POWER

At the beginning of this year the Walloon minister A. Antoine proposed a solar power plan for the Walloon region, with eight measures to promote solar power in the region. The last of these measures will come into effect on January 1, 2008. This SolWatt-Plan, as it is known, will focus on SMEs. From December 4, the Eupen-Malmedy-St. Vith chamber of commerce will organize an information event about this program which will start at 14:00 in the Ambassador Hotel Bosten, in Eupen. The meeting is open for members of the chamber; non-members will pay EUR 25.
