Kadans Vatgoed BV designs, builds and invests — both independently and in cooperation with other participants — in commercial property. Kadans’ investment portfolio comprises retail premises, office buildings and commercial properties, etc.

After ten years in project development in The Netherlands, Kadans Vastgoed is now broadening its activities in the German market by opening the Kadans Real Estate GmbH in Aachen. Ernst Meertens from Heerlen will be the executive director/manager. He has been active in the German market since 1992.
