HANSEN TRANSMISSIONS IPO

Hansen Transmissions, the international that builds gear boxes for wind turbines, is intending an IPO on the London Stock Exchange. They are looking to raise between EUR 500m to EUR 800m. Hansen wants to meet the growing demand for wind energy and increase its capacity for gear boxes from 3,800MW to 14,300MW next year. It’s got factories in Edegem and Lommel.
