TESSENDERLO SUCCESSES

The Tessenderlo group quadrupled its profits in the first nine months of this year. The department achieved two thirds of the total profit in the summer quarter. This is primarily a result of PVC activities which, for the first time since 2002, had the required success. Net earnings for the third quarter are EUR 29.4m as against a loss of EUR 12.5m last year. Tessenderlo points to this as the fruit of its program of cutbacks and savings. Read the details at the link.
