LRM BUYS 15% IN DI LEGNO
[BIZ: Genk, November 3] Last year, Di Legno recorded revenues of EUR 10.5m, EBITDATA of EUR 1.5m and profit of EUR 650,000. It sells its products in more than 20 countries and specializes in parquet floors of various types, thicknesses and colors.
KBC Private Equity is taking over the Di Legno Interiors stake. Koen van Brabant, the CEO and shareholder of Di Legno, is moving into the new business. Commercial director Ben Soers will also be a stakeholder. The business was established in 1998 and 85% was owned by Koen van Brabant, Ludo van Mechelen and Stefan Innocent. LRM had a 15% stake.
