NH HOTELES EXPAND IN BELGIUM

The Spanish NH Hoteles chain is opening two hotels in Belgium; it also has a hotel in Maastricht. Next year they’re going to move on to 20 hotels in Belgium. They’ve taken over the Italian hotel ‘Jolly’ and have an extra one in Brussels. They have also taken up the Sofitel hotels in Bruges and Ghent, and at the moment there are 11 NH Hoteles in Belgium, with 1,634 rooms in total. That’s one in Brussels, two in Ghent, one in Bruges, one in Mechlin and Genk, and they are looking to growth in Antwerp and primarily in Liège.
