BELVEDERE RENTALS START

There is great interest in the rental apartments in the future new district of Belvédère Harbor in Maastricht, in the north of the city. More than 200 people came to the start of the rental campaign to look at the location. Belvédère Harbor, between the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal and the Meuse and bordering on the Bosscherveld district, is part of a 280 hectare restructuring area called the Belvédère. The project will, in the next 25-30 years, develop into a residential area where living working and shopping are central. In the first instance there are to be 57 luxury apartments of seven different types. The (monthly) prices range from EUR 750 for an apartment to EUR 1,400 for the penthouses.
