A year and a half after the opening of new service stations and the highway complex at the border crossing at Lichtenbusch, between Germany and Belgium, a new 86-room Etap hotel has been opened. The hotel is called Etap Hotel Raeren Aachen Grenze (border) and it is the fifth of its type in Belgium. The group has 370 hotels in Europe with 30,000 rooms and it has a good price-quality relationship where rooms cost EUR 42 a night, regardless of the number of people who use it, one, two, or three. All facilities are available with a shower, television, wardrobe, cable and Internet connections, and breakfast costs EUR 5.
