VEBEGO TAKES OVER EMC

Vebego has strengthened its position in the care world by taking over EMC Doctors & Nurses. EMC (Everywhere Medical Care) was set up in 1993 as a temporary employment bureau for ambulance assistants but has grown to a qualitively good organization for specialized requirements in healthcare. It supplies medical staff, doctors and nurses to hospitals and the ambulance services, but also to government, including the Ministry of Justice in The Netherlands. EMC also provides education/training. Its revenues in 2006 were EUR 6.5m. Initially Vebego took over 50% but now the takeover has been completed.
