BUYING KNOW-HOW IN AACHEN

A number of businesses are buying their know-how at institutes in Aachen. Seven businesses from among Limburg’s SMEs are making use of a government support program which aids them in purchasing know-how in Aachen. Those involved are in the SME springboard project (see the link below) which was set up last year by DSM, LIOF, the Limburg development company, the Province of Limburg, the innovation project at Syntens from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Aachen Chamber of Commerce. The project will run through to the end of next year. There will be an extension of it for several months. The contact for the project is Peter Stans of the regional office of Syntens in Roermond.
