MICHAEL BAYER: NEW DEPUTY CHIEF

The president and the board of the Aachen Chamber of Commerce have appointed the engineer Michael F. Bayer as the deputy general manager with immediate effect. This graduate of Aachen’s RWTH University has been with the chamber since 1996. Since 2002, he has been the general manager of the industry, technology and environmental protection sector and as the manager for the starter region. He has played an important role in positioning Aachen as an attractive location for start-ups.
