BELCOMPANY: NEW MANAGEMENT

The Managing Board of Macintosh Retail Group announces that a new management team will be appointed at the Group’s subsidiary BelCompany Netherlands. The underlying reason is to strengthen the organization in light of the changing Dutch telecom market.

Mr P. Vreeburg will be appointed Chairman of the Board of Management / Managing Director as from November 1, 2007. Paul Vreeburg (42) has ample experience in the telecom sector. He was Project Director at KPN Retail until January 2007, after having held several board and management positions at KPN prior to that date. Mr Vreeburg is currently employed as Marketing, Sales and Operations Director at FDC Financieel Planners & Adviseurs, a chain of mortgage advisers in the Netherlands.

Mr G. van Amerongen will be the new Purchase and Finance Director as from November 1, 2007. Gerard van Amerongen (40) has had extensive experience in a wide range of positions within BelCompany since its incorporation in 1996. He currently holds the position of Management Services Director at BelCompany Netherlands.

Mr M. Houtman will also join the Board of Management of BelCompany Netherlands as from November 1, 2007. Marco Houtman (41) will be appointed Sales Director as from that date. He has many years’ experience at BelCompany, currently holding the position of Head of Sales.
The Managing Board of Macintosh Retail Group is confident that these appointments will help BelCompany Netherlands extend its leading position in the Dutch telecom market. The Works Council of BelCompany Netherlands has recommended favorably on these appointments.
