"And the ticket presales for the CHIO 2008, scheduled from July 1st -6th, are already going extremely well." The spectacular floodlit events, such as the Samsung Super League Mercedes-Benz Nations' Cup, staged on the Thursday evening, are especially popular among the spectators. CHIO Aachen is first among sports events in Germany that charge entrance, as reported in the current issue of "Sponsor News". The World Equestrian Festival clearly tops the rankings in terms of visitors (338,000), ahead of Formula 1 Racing at the Nürburgring (310,000), Motorbike Racing at the Sachsenring (230,000), the German Rally (200,000) or the DTM at the Hockenheimring (150,000).
