INVESTMENT AT SPA AIRFIELD

The airfield at Spa Malchamps is going to be upgraded. The Walloon company for airport/airfield administration Sowaer intends to spend EUR 1.5m on the airfield to make it more secure, and they will look into handing the infrastructure over to a private company. Private investors have already come forward, according to the Belgian French-language business paper L’Echo, to take over the airfields at Spa and St. Hubert.
