EUR 1M FOR SYNTEGRO FROM LRM

The Belgian Limburg development company LRM has invested EUR 750,000 in Syntegro NV, a new IT company which is at the Research Center on the campus in Hasselt. It’s a Belgian company with its own development and production of hardware and software, and more than 80 years experience in development and product information on access control security and self-service human resources. It currently employs five, but this is expected to rise to 33. LRM has invested EUR 750,000, in part as a subordinated loan, and LRM will receive 33.34% of the shares, and Syntegro management is contributing the additional EUR 265,000.

The objective is to become a new advanced player in the market for access control, time registration, employee self-service and e-human resources. In addition to the software, Syntegro also has innovative, flexible hardware for this area in a broad target market. The five partners each have between ten and 25 years experience in management, sales, implementation, information and development.
