EUR 1M FOR SYNTEGRO FROM LRM
[BIZ: Hasselt, September 20] The objective is to become a new advanced player in the market for access control, time registration, employee self-service and e-human resources. In addition to the software, Syntegro also has innovative, flexible hardware for this area in a broad target market. The five partners each have between ten and 25 years experience in management, sales, implementation, information and development.
The Belgian Limburg development company LRM has invested EUR 750,000 in Syntegro NV, a new IT company which is at the Research Center on the campus in Hasselt. It’s a Belgian company with its own development and production of hardware and software, and more than 80 years experience in development and product information on access control security and self-service human resources. It currently employs five, but this is expected to rise to 33. LRM has invested EUR 750,000, in part as a subordinated loan, and LRM will receive 33.34% of the shares, and Syntegro management is contributing the additional EUR 265,000.
