REVENUES GROW IN LIMBURG

The 500 Limburg (B) companies with the highest revenues achieved last year showed a rise of 6.5% and an increase in employment of 5%. The ten biggest companies are Ford Genk, the steel company Ugine & ALZ, Borealis, Ikea Distribution, SKF in Tongeren, Tessenderlo Chemicals, Power Tools, the Limburg Vinyl Company, Yazaki Europe and Euro Shoe. Nine out of ten top companies saw a rise in revenues. The Top 500 represents 30.8% of the total Limburg (B) employment base.
